My Scrapbook Room

For the past 2 years, Tim has been trying to remodel the sunroom.

Part would be my scrapbook room and part would be a family room.

But since then I've been scrapbooking on the dining room table...

but with the new baby coming, we have to get the dining room remodeled

to turn it back into a bedroom (was originally a bedroom but previous owners

turned it into a dining room.

So Tim and my dad have been working SO HARD on getting

my scrapbook room done really fast.

They said I could move in this weekend, but its not looking like it...

hopefully this week or next weekend. :)

All that is left to do is sand, 1 more light layer of mud,

texture, paint, carpet, and moulding on the corners.

Feeding the Ducks...

We saw the weirdest thing when we were there...

a gang beating up on one duck...

and a gang rape!

Once the ducks stopped, we headed over to the pond to feed the geese.

Nina did NOT like the hissing noises coming from the big ones.

Totally scared...but I was totally laughing (on the inside)...

was TOTALLY scared on the outside...

(I even squealed a few times..LOL)

There were like 6 ducks attacking 1!

1 duck "raping" another...

2 ducks "raping" that same duck! (see him/her on the bottom?!)

She was SOOO scared!

After that weird visit to the duck pond...

we drove further down the river to find an unbusy park...

we found one.

We had never been to this one before.

It was really cool!

After the park we walked over to the river.

Nina LOVES throwing rocks into the river with Daddy.

She tries to be just like him...so cute.

I think I got some great shots...

I even let Tim take a picture of me...ha ha ha ha.

I took so many pictures...there are SOO many flags flying..so beautiful.

My dad REALLY wanted to get Nina some chalk

and I REFUSED to let him...

So we agreed on sidewalk PAINT.

Nina had SOOO much fun out there

But I started feeling icky...too hot out.

But we'll let her do it some more later today..

Or tomorrow...and I'll get some more pictures.

Memorial Day

This morning my grandma wanted me to take her to the cemetery.

She wanted to put flowers in my grandpas vase...

and I wanted to put some in my moms vase.

We were invited to Madison's birthday party at the Rollerena.

I didn't think Nina would do as well as she did!

She "skated" by herself on the carpet...

but couldn't even stand on the skate rink.

We had so much fun though!
